The first person to register eBase is the administrator. To allow another recruiter access to your eBase, another password and user name may be added. Click "Edit Logons" from the eBase menu. Click the green plus sign FIRST. NOTE: The pencil icon is to edit existing usernames and passwords, the red "X" icon is to delete an existing user name and password. (1st illustration)

In the second illustration, a new user name and password is added. To complete this addition, click the blue "OK".
