Positions or candidates may be searched by specific or general criteria using "Search" under the "Candidate" or "Position" buttons. In the first illustration, be sure to click the box "Quick List" in the lower left-hand corner of the search form.

In the second illustration, the search result is shown in a one line summary. Had the search results been several matches or only one, as shown, the link under the summaries "Email 1st 20 Matches" may be clicked to send a single email to all (if they have an email link on the record).
