To send a "mass" email to the entire AMR membership, click "Member's Area" and select "Massmail Members" from the drop down menu in "Members Quick Menu". Click either "AMR Recruiters Massmail" for an announcement to all members or select "Allied Health Mass Mail" (if you requested to be included on this list) to send an announcement regarding allied health to other members on the allied health list.

It is not necessary to send a mass email from the AMR site. Sending an email to amrmember@physicianrecruiters.com will also send to all AMR members. 

NOTE: DO NOT add other addresses (Cc:) to mass mail when sending. Always send to a singular address only.

Mass e-mail is to be used for announcing 'hot' candidates or positions, vacation dates, etc. It is a requirement to have a position or candidate entered in the AMR database before making an announcement by mass e-mail. It is also a requirement to include an ID number with a mass e-mail announcement.

Please do not use mass e-mail as a forum or discussion medium.
